Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed via overnightwebsite.zensations.at between Zensations GmbH, Tuchlauben 7a, A-1010 Vienna, Austria, and its customers.

Based on your complete online briefing we build a website at the agreed fixed price (Solo, Business or Pro package) and provide the preview within 72 hours. The exact scope is defined by the package description published on the website at the time of ordering.

By submitting the briefing you make a binding offer; the contract is formed when we confirm by email. You provide the content required for the build (texts, images, access details) in good time and in suitable quality. Delays caused by missing content extend the delivery period accordingly.

The fixed prices shown on the website at the time of ordering apply. Payment is made by invoice only after you approve the finished preview. Statutory VAT is shown separately where applicable.

After we deliver the preview link you may request revisions within the scope of your chosen package. The service is deemed accepted upon your approval or when the site goes live.

You confirm that you hold all rights to the content you supply and that it is not unlawful. Upon full payment you receive the usage rights to the website created for you. We accept no liability for content supplied by you.

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, where legally permissible.
